- Can I sign up today?
- Yes. Create an account, name your workspace, choose a plan and pay to switch it on. Then paste one script tag into your app and you're live, usually within a few minutes.
- Is there a free plan or a free trial?
- No. Relay is a paid service and every workspace is on Pro or Team. If it isn't right for you, ask for a refund within the window in our terms.
- Can I pay yearly?
- Yes. Yearly billing gives you 2 months free: Pro is $190 a year and Team is $490 a year, charged once in advance. Switch the toggle above to see the yearly prices.
- Do I need to host or install anything?
- No. We host and run Relay for you, including updates. On your site you add one script tag for the widget, and the feedback board if you want it.
- Is Relay open source or self-hostable?
- No. Relay is proprietary software offered only as a hosted service. There's no self-hosted edition and no source code download.
- What's the difference between the plans?
- Both include the widget, the inbox, the help center, AI answers, the email channel and the feedback board. Team adds unlimited seats, support analytics and priority support.
- What counts as a seat?
- Anyone who signs in to answer customers from the inbox. Your customers and help center readers are never counted.
